Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send a picture, and we will give you your money back in full. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.<\/span> Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.<\/span> To be eligible,\u00a0<\/span>we require a receipt or proof of purchase,\u00a0<\/span>your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
